Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Fersonal account and your personal data at any time. Below is exactly what gets deleted, what we keep anonymized, and how to start the process.

How to delete your account

Two paths. Pick whichever works for you:

1. In the app (fastest). Open Fersonal, go to Profile → Preferences → Delete account, and follow the prompts. Deletion happens immediately.
2. By email (if you can't sign in or don't have the app installed). Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address you used to sign up. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 7 days.

Either way, deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile: name, body stats, and goals

What we keep

• Workout data and preferences: your workout history, equipment configuration, and app preferences. Anonymized and disconnected from your account after deletion. Helps us tune training programs across users.
• Subscription receipts: retained by RevenueCat and the relevant app store as long as their tax and accounting law requires. We don't control this; we don't access it after deletion.
• Anonymized aggregate analytics: any analytics events we collected with your consent are already anonymized at the time of collection. After deletion, these can no longer be tied to you.
• Crash logs: typically retained for up to 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics for stability analysis. Anonymous and not linkable to your identity.

Subscription is separate

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. You need to cancel it in the store you subscribed through (App Store or Google Play). Otherwise you'll keep being charged.
