Delete your account

Email us and we'll delete your Fersonal account and the data tied to it. Every request gets processed by hand within 7 days.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address you signed up with so we know the request is you. We'll confirm we got it within 24 hours and confirm it's done within 7 days.

In-app deletion is on the roadmap. Until then, email is the way.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login
• Your profile: name, body stats, goals, equipment
• Every workout you've logged, including sets, weights, and progress
• Any settings you changed in the app

What sticks around briefly

• Subscription receipts. RevenueCat and the store you bought through (Google Play or Apple) keep these as long as tax and accounting law requires. That's out of our hands; we don't touch them after deletion.
• Anonymized analytics. If you opted in, those events were anonymized when collected. After deletion they can't be linked back to you.
• Crash logs. Firebase Crashlytics keeps these for about 90 days for stability work. They're anonymous and don't identify you.
