Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Fersonal account and your personal data at any time. Below is what gets deleted, what stays for now, and how to start.

How to delete your account

Two paths. Pick whichever works for you:

In the app (fastest). Open Fersonal, go to Preferences → Account → Delete account, and follow the prompts.
By email (if you can't sign in or don't have the app installed). Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address you used to sign up. We complete the deletion within one month.

Either way, deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

What gets deleted

Your email address and name
Your sex, birth date, height and weight

What we keep

Training history and check-ins: any that are left are kept without your name or email. Email us and we delete them by hand within one month.
Subscription receipts: kept by RevenueCat and the app store as long as tax and accounting rules require. The RevenueCat records can include your email address.
Previously collected analytics: Firebase Analytics may retain opt-in events with app or device identifiers, but not your name, email, or complete workout history.
Previously collected crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics may retain crash reports, diagnostic logs, and the internal user ID attached when each report was created.

Subscription is separate

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. You need to cancel it in the store you subscribed through (App Store or Google Play). Otherwise you'll keep being charged.
