Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Fersonal mobile application and the Fersonal website at fersonal.com (collectively referred to as the "Service"), developed and operated by Primož Pesjak (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider," "we," or "us"). This service is provided as a Commercial service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, and how you can control it.

1. What information we collect

Information you provide

When you register for an account, sign up for the beta, or contact us, you may provide your email address, name, platform preference, and fitness-related information needed to use the Service.

Information collected automatically

Depending on your consent choices, the Service may automatically collect device type, operating system, IP address, crash logs, error reports, and anonymous usage events (such as workout completion or onboarding progress).

2. Why we collect it and our legal basis

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases for processing your data:

Consent

We ask for your explicit, opt-in consent before collecting anonymous usage analytics (such as workout completion rates and onboarding drop-off events). You can grant or withdraw this consent at any time in the app under Settings > Privacy, or by contacting us.

Legitimate interest

We process certain data without explicit consent where we have a legitimate interest in maintaining the reliability and security of the Service. This includes:

  • Crash reporting: Collecting crash logs and stack traces to identify and fix issues that affect app stability.
  • Error tracking: Monitoring errors and performance to maintain service quality.
  • AI-powered features: Processing workout generation prompts to deliver personalized training plans. No personally identifiable information is sent to AI providers.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To do so, contact us at the address below.

Contract performance

Some data processing is necessary to deliver the Service you signed up for:

  • Subscription management: Processing subscription status and purchase history to manage your access to paid features.
  • Transactional emails: Sending magic links and account-related emails necessary for authentication and service delivery.

For data processed under legitimate interest (crash reporting, error tracking, AI features), you have the right to object. Contact us at [email protected] and we will assess your request.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that some data may be required for the Service to function properly.
