Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
PROGRAMERSKE STORITVE, Primož Pesjak s.p., Lipje 4A, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia ("we"), runs the Fersonal app and the website fersonal.app and is responsible for your data. Email: [email protected].
2. What we collect and why
You enter most of this in the app. The rest comes from the app, our servers and the app stores.

You must give the details the app asks for, such as your email address, name, birth date, sex, height and weight. Without them we cannot plan your workouts.
3. AI (OpenAI)
AI writes some workout notes, your after-workout summary and some exercise swaps, and may help pick the exercises in your workouts. For that we send OpenAI details such as your goal, training level, equipment, the exercises, your recent sets, reps and weights, how hard they felt, your check-in and your sex. For a first workout this may also include your age, height and weight. We never send your name, email address or account number. OpenAI may not use this data to train its models.
4. Who else handles your data
These providers run parts of Fersonal for us. Each works only on our instructions and must protect your data at least as well as this policy does. Email us for their names.

Premium is sold through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payment under their own privacy policies. We never see your card details.
5. Data outside the EU
Where your data leaves the EU, the table above shows in brackets what protects it. The European Commission has found the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequate. The Standard Contractual Clauses are contract terms approved by the Commission. Email us for a copy.
6. How long we keep data

Deleting your account. In the app: Preferences → Account → Delete account, or at fersonal.app/delete-account. We then remove your email address, name, sex, birth date, height and weight from our database at once. Any training data left after that is kept without your name or email; email us to have it deleted.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data and give you a copy, to correct or delete it, to limit how we use it, or to give it to you in a file you can take elsewhere. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
You can withdraw your consent at any time in the app under Preferences → Privacy. This does not affect what we did before.
You can object at any time to our use of your data where section 2 says "our interest".
You can also complain to a data protection authority.
8. Security
Data travels encrypted between the app and our servers. Only the people who work on Fersonal can reach our systems, and only for that work.
