Is Fersonal free?
Fersonal is a subscription-only app, but you can try it free for 7 days with full access. After that it's €14.99/mo + VAT. Cancel anytime.
Do I need gym equipment?
No, equipment is optional. If you have some at home (dumbbells, bands, etc.), you can add it and we'll build workouts around what you've got. If something changes or goes missing, just update it in the app.
How is Fersonal different from other apps?
Most fitness apps give you a plan that never changes. Fersonal checks in before each workout and adjusts the session to how you're doing that day.
