Fersonal is an independent workout planner for people who want to build muscle or increase strength without becoming their own coach.
Why Fersonal exists
The problem was simple: having equipment and a goal, then repeatedly needing to work out what to do next. Fersonal was built to handle that planning and adapt it as training continues.
Who built it
Primoz Pesjak
Founder
Primoz founded and owns Fersonal. He builds the product and runs the business from Slovenia.
What we believe about training
The plan should fit the day.
Energy, soreness, time, and equipment can change. The workout should account for them.
Progress needs continuity.
Later workouts should use what happened in recent training, not start from a blank page.
Honest is better than hyped.
Fersonal handles workout programming. It does not watch or correct exercise form.
